Brainrot Training takes the internet’s strangest meme characters and puts them through a fitness regime. You park your brainrot on a treadmill, build up its speed and size, then send it into races against other players to prove whose training paid off. Winning races means more Trophies, better weapons, and a character that towers over the competition.
The codes below hand out the stuff that speeds all of that up — Gems for upgrades, Trophies from the release celebration, and even a Rare Weapon to give your racer an early edge. They do not take long to redeem, so grab them before you queue up for your next race.
All New Brainrot Training Codes
- UPDATE5: 50 Gems and 1 Clover (==NEW==)
- release: 100 Trophies and 1 Rare Weapon
- welcome: 50 Gems and 1 Rare Weapon
Three short lists are easy to rush through, but do not skip the two lowercase ones at the bottom. The release and welcome codes have been around since the game’s early days and they are still the quickest way to arm a brand-new character with a Rare Weapon.
Expired Brainrot Training Codes
So far, no Brainrot Training code has been confirmed as expired by multiple sources — the full list above is short, and every code on it is still being reported as working.
How to Redeem Brainrot Training Codes
- Launch Brainrot Training on Roblox.
- Click the Settings icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
- Select the Codes option from the menu that opens.
- Type a working code into the text box.
- Hit Claim and your rewards are added right away.
How to Get More Brainrot Training Codes
The developers at Habit Games tend to drop new codes alongside game updates, usually in the announcements channel of the Habit Games Discord server. You can also keep an eye on the developer’s X account for smaller drops. If checking several places sounds like a chore, just bookmark this page instead — we keep the list current so you only ever have to look in one spot.
Why Are My Brainrot Training Codes Not Working?
Double-Check for Typos: Most of these codes are all-caps update names, but release and welcome are lowercase. Codes here are case-sensitive, so if you type RELEASE in capitals the game will not recognise it. Copy each code exactly as it is written above.
The Code Has Expired: Brainrot Training is a young game and its codes have lasted well so far, but update codes are usually the first to be retired when the next patch lands. A code that fails despite perfect spelling has probably been switched off.
You Already Redeemed It: Every code in this game can only be claimed once per account. If you grabbed UPDATE5 when it first dropped, entering it a second time will simply bounce back with an error.

Conclusion
It only takes a minute to redeem all three codes, and the Gems, Trophies, and Rare Weapon they give you make those first treadmill sessions far more productive. Keep this page saved for the next update — new codes for this game have a habit of arriving with very little warning.
